We told you to send the screenshot of the transaction details on the PayPal account and you didn't. Rather you forwarded the email notification that was sent to you by PayPal.

Buying PayPal have procedures, we can't allow our PayPal account limited because of you. We have no idea if the said money was transferred from a hacked account and you expect us to buy the funds without you providing us the details we need.
It's not done that way, you need to follow the due procedure.

First off, your instruction was to send "evidence of the source of fund". I sent you the mail notification of the transaction and mails received from the client who sent me the money. If that wasn't what you wanted, how does notifying me six days later make you a good service provider?

You were not specific in your request and are terrible in keeping communication going with a client, and your gracious reply is that I "need to start adhering to instruction." Absolutely no apologies for keeping me waiting. This is exactly how not to run a business.

Actually, buying of sent PayPal fund that was sent is normally difficult.
Reason been that, a hacked account can send money to other PayPal account and if the account is recovered back, it will hunt those that money was sent to. There will be reversal, meanwhile we have paid the client.
