if ur pix is on it, then dats the notification, yeah, u still need a scratch card but i dnt know if it has to be new or if u can use the old one.............those who have done theirs should share experiences

credentials have to do with your result, testimonies and certificate. all ur evidence of your admission.

It is the same as notification of result...and yes,you have to buy a new unscratched card even if the one you used to check your waec result is still valid..

doesn't necessarily require your picture on it..so far you have your jamb admission letter with your picture on it
