it should be something like
affidavit of local government of origin something like that I see one b4 BT can't remember

FOR THOSE CLEARING TOMORROW AND OTHER DAYS PLS NOTE

TRY AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE TO CLEAR ON YOUR DATE TODAY EACH FACULTY HAD ABOUT 40 CANDIDATES TO CLEAR TOMORROW WILL BE ABOUT 70 CANDIDATES AND
OTHER DAYS AFTER WILL BE 100 EACH DAY

yeah
it will view be 7 copies nw
your clearance officer will permanently collect one set of photocopy with passport
originals might not necessarily be in colored but the one that should have biro mark should have and those that have stamp should spell ORIGINAL
