please advice me about agent in gave my international passport to apply Egyptian visa for me, for the past 3years now I have not see my passport and the agent base in abuja y I was at Lagos and anytime I call him the we not pick my call plss what can I do ? |

your lucky you're in your country so your not so under pressure to have a passport until you intend travelling,why not go meet him in his abuja office,after 3 yrs he may've lost it,if so visit the nigerian immigration website on ways to get a new passport https://portal.immigration.gov.ng/index.htm or you visit their office at obalende |

Don't waste your time calling him, 3 years is a long time, afteralll the passport is only valid for 5 years. If it's the new passport ( I don't know what they call it) , you have to go to Abuja to get a new one. You can try call the agent and you might be lucky to get but if not, just get a police report and get a new passport |

Sure you're not owing him? I've seen such cases where d agent does the whole thing with his cash based on promise but the other party fails to keep to his side of the bargain. if u ain't owing, man, forget am. Get another. 2 Likes |

mukthar2000:3 years and you have done nothing!  You will not get your old one back now! Report passport lost, you will have to pay for a new one but that is the lesson that you learn for dealing with If you are lucky then you will get new passport. If you ARE NOT lucky the agent has sold your passport and identity to some other person. This happens a lot when people let others have their documents. Just hope that all goes well. You will only find out by re-applying for your passport. |

You should have declared that passport lost years back, only God knows what your passport could have been used for the past 3years. Anyway jus go and apply for a new one |

Iamoilprince:As stated above! Your old passport is gone. You SHOULD have reported the passport lost to police. You must apply again for new passport. You will need HONEST documents and to pay fees (and probably something to a passport officer.) THEN you will have to hope that your old passport has not been used for fraud or sold to another person. You must move forward! |
