Look for exporters based in the USA, that would handle the transaction on your behalf (mikkyangel) comes to mind.

I can help you buy it. I know someone coming home in about 2 weeks. But you have to pay upfront. If that is not OK with you, lets forget it now.

Also, the link attached is ONLY for left side fog light not the headlight.
