I have been having series of Dreams/vision where the presidentail electon was rigged in favour of PDP. In these revelations the unclaimed PVCs were used to rigg in PDP strongholds. Votes were first collated and totaled in APC strongholds before deciding (PDP/INEC) how they (PDP) could inflate their votes, by adding up those unclaimed PVCs as if they all voted for PDP. This was discovered by APC after GEJ has been declared winner by INEC. APC has a lot to do (both in Prayers) and carefully monitor the process in preventing this if it must win the election.
