too early As you were happily crossing into the new year, someone at that moment was being shot, dying, loosing an organ, being disappointed, having an accident, did not have a thing to eat, no clothes , no nothing etc.. That's just life, its our duty as humans to discovery why such accidents have been taking place, take appropriate measures and innovate for cleaner, safer and better technology .. As we do that we pray God helps to inspire us

How are visual being turned on (whatever that means) going to stop a plane from skidding off of a runway?

No visual aid in the world is going to stop a jet with bald tires on a runway that is "African" maintained.

1)The plane skidded the runway due to poor visual caused by the bad weather!
2)there is no place which says it was caused by tyre! even with a bald tyre a plane can still make a successful landing even on African maintained runway!

Lol, the guy is just too funny. When I saw his first post I said what equipments? Aquaplanning or worn thread without firm landing is a major cause of skidding, but these big birds are equipped with anti skid, break locks etc. absolutely nothing to do with visibility.
