Thanks to this this thread n op, I was able to activate d 500mb on my 2 etisalat sims n also did for 5 other ppl. May God bless @vosquare who updated d real imei for s4. Through that I've been able to activate 1.5gb on 3 sims. Also for d infinix zero, I gat 500mb on 1 sim, thanks to @ayobamms.
Finally, I want to say a big thank u to Almighty God who has given me d gift of life n d grace to see this thread.

Around 2pm after church service just once. This is because I make sure d imei is valid b4 I use it. Nevertheless, if it says d device has been used, just try another last 3 nos n confirm it at http://imei-number.com/imei-validation-check/ before u change it on mobile uncle.
NOTE: If u have used ur sim to activate 1.5gb before with d phantom z imei or any other phone, u won't be able to get it with s4. This is what happened to my initial 2 sims, I was also getting pending response until they finally responded that my sim has already benefited from this offer.
