. The last no of the imei is the check digit. So unless u have a luhn algorithm software ( imei generator) for ur android or pc . u have to guess the check digit and input the 15 digit imei at this url http://
imei-number.com/imei-validation-check/ . Then if ur check digit is wrong it'll tell u the correct one then u cn input it with mobile uncle.

Someone should try this out

For those that need a working 11 digit imei for 1.5gb here the one I used 35161206185xxxx. Data to 8186 or *8186#. And for 500mb 86115502052xxxx nokiax to 8186. NB: it won't work for u if uve gotten the 500mb or 1.5gb b4 on the same sim . Its different sim different imei.
