lenght of the is 40 by 30 please i need help urgently thank you all

it's 50x30, I think a block should still be 140naira. bag of cement is, just say 1,900.

To build a 3bedrm pls always specify your 3bedrm cos its not cleared the way u state it it could just a 3bdrm and it could be a bdrm flats ensuite so state it well though with your dimension to build such will take you 3,600 block from scratch to finish

I'm a builder so you should what I'm giving here is abt right cos one can't be all perfect.
