Even CNN reported 2000 dead
CNN was quoting an Amnesty international man who claimed he had spoken to a survivor. CNN even claimed BH were ''in control of'' nearly half of the territory in the north. Their game plan is obviously to exaggerate the situation in Nigeria for the worse as much as possible.

Nonsense thread! Do we know the value of human life at all? Saying that only 150 people were killed is bad enough, 150 human beingshuh Even if it is just one person that is killed, everyone should be bothered and concerned.

The military should flush out this terrorists once and for all and stop all these tales by moonlight. undecided undecided

French president mobilized 3 million people and forty something heads of government to match in Paris over the weekend for the death of 12 of their nationals. In Nigeria 150 lives means a chicken change.

xo d 150 ar nt human beings?
Going by the report, majority of them are Boko Haram members. So technically, majority of them deserved to die. My sympathy goes to the innocent among them, most likely killed as a result of Boko Haram action.

Nothing is more irritating than these fake outrages I read on this thread. The army is now been blamed, the same army, baga politicians and people accused of genocide in 2013. You people cannot have it both ways. angry angry angry angry angry

People are fed up with hearing the
same old excuses and its time for
some military reform and clear direction. Jonathan must do something fast.

[quote author=eaglechild post=29741173]The French unlike Nigerians including you unified to condemn terror irrespective of race, religion or political affiliation.

They did not rush to condemn the government despite the fact that they had every reason to, given the fact that the perpetrators were on the terror watch list and were not being followed up.

They understand that the best way to combat terror was genuinely rebuffing it at the grassroots.

In Nigeria what happens is the opposite, when a bomb goes off, you see the opposition in a sickening joyous mood as if to say they have scored a point. They do not come out to strongly condemn the Boko Haram but rather carry placards to condemn the government. It even makes it seem that they are behind the attacks.
We need to refocus our energy on condemning and uniting against Boko Haram.

You probably do not know the key functions of govt (security and social well-being of the citizens). The French people rallied round and effective govt that understands what it means to do the needful and promptly too. For how long shall we continue to loose thousands of humans who are Nigerians like you and I? Is it because you have not lost a relation or a friend in these needless killings which our govt has not been able to tackle for over 5 years? What efforts have the govt put into this war on terror and how much result has it yielded? Sit down there and be supporting in-effectiveness till your head is blown off. You are not more Nigerian than I am and you have never supported govt more than I have done, so keep mute.

Somewhere in Paris; 17 people were murdered by terrorists a cross section of European heads of Govt marched in protest to condemn the loss of lives and send a message that 17 lives is enough for the most powerful leaders in the world to clear their busy schedule.

Somewhere in Africa called Nigeria, the military is arguing with eye witnesses, how many people actually died.

Let me quickly ask Chris Olukolade, have you ever been to baga to know first hand if the eyewitnesses were wrong? the commanders have accused you severally of sitting duck like an oracle in Abuja brandishing figures like one suffering from "speaking in tongues".

Have you ever been to Maiduguri I ask again? because the African correspondent for Aljazeera, Yvonne Ndege has reported Live!! from Chibok, Gwoza and Maiduguri, when will chris olukolade report live!! from Baga?

Humans not chicken, even if 150 died, I believed those people shouldn't have die in the first instance except in Nigeria where animal lives is worth a million times more than human lives. May God comfort their families

They say it is APC lies that over 2000 people in baga.

May be it was also APC that reported it on foreign media.

We saw governments responses to this masacre in Nigeria and the terror attack in France. Then we know government does not exist in Nigeria.
