Many a times have seen ladies/women wearing long gown/dress that ends up sweeping the floor. Is these a compulsory fashion that must be done abi you just want to help clean the streets? |

That it sweeps the floor doesn't make it oversize.... Some skirts/gowns are called 'floor length'... meaning they get to the floor.  |
