That is for first timer. once you place a high bid you will not be allowed till you are outbid or the bid expires. once you verified your paypal it works fine with ebay.
I got the same message the first time but no longer. Allow that bid to expire before biding again or go to other categories. no pro. i hope it helps

Yes once you place an order, it is automatically covered by escrow on Aliexpress, it's up to you, whoever you want to use. Search on Nairaland there are several of them procuring from China.

if it is aliexpress, you are using the escrow services automatically but if it is alibaba you might need to negotiate for escrow service which you will likely pay for.

Note that UBA may charge you an extra N105 charge. Typing based on experiences from the time I used UBA's MasterCard a year ago.

Yes it is, even a chinese seller i bought an item from Ebay never provided me with tracking number, when i complained, she said she was sorry that they will charge her $2 for tracking number that if i don't receive the item she was ready to refund me. I eventually received the item at My US Address without tracking number. So it is possible.
