On if 1.5m is enough to run a secondary school.Certainly yes but would that include teachers' salaries for the first one year after opening ? No
and I said yes but it also depend on the location such that you dont pay so much for rent.
I think u should start with what you have but continue to invest and dont resign until profitability is sure.its a very lucrative business.

You can also assess them based on their participation in class by asking them questions when teaching.
