Guy, thanks for the reply, however, have in mind that Benz has no 2nd hand value and parts are very expensive.
so what do you want me to gain by using it till it dies? my mechanic even told me that 100k is too much because of the maintenance that is on the high side and fuel consumption.
so whats your take?

Maybe you should go for Bentley like Wizkid

People can be very wicked, when u re complaining about the mantainance of an old Benz 190, I think a used bicycle will be better 4u.
