I just used 359750050058224 now. Then I sent mid, then nokiax to 8186. I also dialled *8186#. No message sent to me but when I checked my data, I saw 500MB. Thanks to @starbhooy.

PROCEDURE TO GET 1.5GB ON ETISALAT
Change imei to valid galaxy s4 imei, after changed it activate flight mode and deactivate den dial *#06# to confirm, go to message send Nokiax to 8186 u will receive message telling this device imei is invalid, so u will now check that imei that is invalid if it is d same as d one u just change and if is not d same just off your phone and on it again and do d same tin den if nokiax reply u wit imei u change that is invalid just ignored and dial *8186# to get your 1.5gb

D basic principle of getting 1.5gb on etisalat is.... Never dial *8186# more than one time and if u don't want to do it I always get 1.5gb onece without any problem of pending. And anytime u get pending wait for about 2 to 3 hours before redial d code

I actually talked abt dz particular imei way back b4 Etisalat started Server ish, u guyz ddnt even boda tryin 2 get it... now dat their ish started nd u guyz started feelin stranded wif data...u had no choice but to try anyfin!

I'm not a phone guru, I only followed instructions from one site when I was trying to do get, glo bis.
HOW TO CHANGE ANDROID IMEI TO BLACKBERRY USING MOBILE UNCLE.

Navigate to Play store to download and install Mobile Uncle, fire up mobile uncle and swipe to Engineering Mode (MTK).
Tap on Engineering Mode, Tap on CDS information on the screen that appear, Tap on Radio information and you will see phone 1 and phone 2 which mean Sim 1 and Sim 2.
For Sim 2, tap on phone 2 and on the page that appears, tap on the AT+ bar and your keyboard will pop up.
Type a single letter and delete that letter back to bring out some options like AT+EGMR=1,7,"" which is for Sim 1 and the second option is for sim 2 which is AT+EGMR=1,10,"".
Firstly, put a space between AT and +, delete the last inverted comma ( You will have something like this AT +EGMR=1,7,", put the generated imei number for blackberry and put back the inverted comma (like this AT +EGMR=1,7," 355859062097843".
Tap on SEND AT COMMAND, if you have done the right thing, you will see a notification close to the bottom of your device that says "At Command msent".
Voila, you have successfully change your device imei number to that of Blackberry. Reboot your phone and confirm your device imei have been change to that of Blackberry by dialing *#06#.

Please, I am also a new guy here ND things I see are bigger than me here too. How can i generate an imei number please...
