I loss my passport and went to my country (nigeria). With TC, so I was not able to use my passport to get back to my country, and I wasn't given overstay fine, though, I overstayed in SA for 2years. Now I got new passport and I got a new visa, do I free to re-enter SA or there is any penalty for me? Pls I need ur help.[color=#000099][/color] |

Yes, I got the visa through the agent, but the visa is genuine cos I confirmed @ the airport. And is only the passport No difference to the old one. |

amosgold001:Nobody can give you yes/no answer here, since you said that the visa is genuine and it was issued to you despite the fact that you overstayed before then you have to travel and see what happens at POE. |

What do u mean by why SA can u compare south Africa with Nigeria, infrastructure wise,economy wise they are better than Nigeria.back to your question guy,you have to pay fine at South Africa embassy before proceed to SA or else they will send you back home. |

You have to pay your fine here in Nigeria at South Africa embassy before you proceed or else they will send you back home,I don't know the amount for now before it was 1000 rand. |
