Blend tomatoes and pour it in a pot to cook for 15mins (till the water in the tomatoes dries). After that add your stock (meat or fish already cooked) add other ingredients and allow to cook for 5mins. I usually add ugwu. 19 Likes |

I can't remember d last time I fried my stew. learnt it from my motjer in law...who doesn't it oil... infact its d best....tastes better dan frying.. if u use it for jollof u ll get d best party kollof taste ever... just boil d tomatoes....including tomato paste if u r using it...wit onions and all peppers well blended. once d water in d tomato is dry,..add ur meat, stock and season to taste... u cn add vegetable oil used to fry d meat at dis point if u want... just giv it a try before u conclude. 12 Likes |

Op, this is how I make mine 1. Cut tomatoes, pepper and onion. 2. Boil the meat 3. Pour lil meat stock in a pot, once it starts boiling, pour groundnut oil and the tomatoes, pepper and onion. 4. Put the spices u like 5. Put ur fresh tomatoes and salt. 6. If its too thick, pour more water and oil. I hope this helps 17 Likes 3 Shares |

put it in microwave...after microwaving it for 10 mins, put itnin the fride for 5 mins, then remove it from the fridge and add oil, put all ur seasoning and put it outside 4 anoda 20 mins then u put it back in freezer for 3 mins take it out and put it in oven 4 2 dayz.. then serve after 2 dayz . the result is perfect 11 Likes 3 Shares |

The best way for you to fry it is to unfry it. Cook it without groundnut oil or palm oil bcoz they are used for frying tinz.  BTW #vote for buhari. 1 Like |
