Contest is open to all Nigerians. Find the General's Certificate and claim N10,000,000,000 prize money! Participants are free to involve their Dogs in this very difficult and seemingly elusive search. Clue: Concentrate more in Minna Area, expecially the Hilltop axis. But beware of getting shot by no nonsense security operatives guarding the building.  Warning: Avoid all BROOMs in your way. They are very dangerous booby traps and might even be landmines. I repeat, the Brooms are very diabolical and capable of causing instant death.  Get the Certificate and bring it to INEC Office Abuja and claim your prize.
