Now that the Nigerian Army has openly declared they don't have Buhari certificate and that Buhari joined the army with just a letter, shouldn't the General be stripped of his rank? How would the lower rank officers in the army take this news? 3 Likes |

This can only happen in Nigeria. A man was enlisted based on. A mere letter from a Principal who probably was an uncle, brother or family friend. And the Man couldn't update his papers upon enlistment and shamelessly grew to become a General based on a letter of recommendation. Am sure this is the change they preach.
