if one is observing a 12pm to 6pm fast... and along the line, say 4pm, one gets very thirsty and he drinks just little quantity of water.. does dat affect his fast

No sir... If it's dire then it does not affect, as long as you DO NOT drink it to satisfaction.

and after observing the fast, the bible say jesus was hungry (not hungry and thirsty). dts y satan told him to turn water to bread (not bread and tea/water)..
