However, what is worth noting is that Buhari claimed his originals was with the military. But the military through a covering letterhas since stated that archiving of certificates only began in 1980.

Any way, the only thing remotely academic is a refrence letter from Buhari's purported principal who attested that he was confident that Buhari SHALL get the relevant minimum score in his WAEC.

A testimonial will not do. If he produces any rubish forgery then let him know we will follow it up to which ever issuing body that certified him as a secondary school leaver.

For your info, testimonials are referrals from the school you registered to sit for the external governing exam.

They are meant to serve as notice prior to the issuance of a physical WAEC certificate.

In the 60,s there were less educated people than we have today and their was a lot of encouragement and support from church leaders and missioners who sometimes recommend with letters which was enough back then to support your applications.

The military recruitment board required on hand 5 credits minimum in Maths and English including any 3 subjects.

Buhari's referral letter was a guarantee that Buhari will make the required results and as such should be allowed admission into the Army college.

They just wanted to embarrass him ,it was a set up that did not work out ,even universities cross check results that were awaiting result .They did not cross check until after 53 years.years. Efcc needs to visit some of those officers.Some people have come and gone already in all those period,it is just because we have an election that he his favored.

That is not true ,you were not born then and did not know what people went through in trying to be the best ,They could not have been asking for 5 credits in 1960 .Because even people that went to the university back then did not need 5 credits themselves.The standards were different from what we have today ,even that F in mathematics is equivalent to today,s c grade.I know you are trying to emphasis Nepotism and favoritism.It was not their fault that many Northerners went into the Army.Many people were not interested back then

Because you teacher will know how competent you are in class and can recommend you .Use your brain.He recommended him based on his knowledge about him and the military accepted it and he started his career there and ended it there all other qualifications was paid for by them .so you mean you don't have people that can standard for you in anything?

I will say amen to any struggling person today who is trying to be the best despite all the challenges and lack of support from the present leadership.I pray they scale through all hurdles just like Buharis is scaling over all the erections that are planted.Amen to all struggling people today ,Their struggle will become success tomorrow just like Buhari who did not know that their will be today when he was attempting to join the military.After 53 years they are plotting against Him.

Universally the world over, all graduating secondary students sit for an external exam.

I have accessed the Cambridge website and given Buhari's now released WASC number and year of sitting I shall contact them for clarification.
