Though not funny when it happen, but recalling the memories I always laugh it out.
I was in a canteen eaten. A soldier comes in and order for 3 amala and 2 meat(N50 each).
Busy consuming what is infront of me, a man comes in and order for 5 goat meat(N400 each) and two stout.
After taken one stout and two meat, he stand up to go.....

This conversation ensue:
Soldier: Where are you going
Man: Back to office.
Soldier: What of the remaining meat?
Man: I'm ok.
Soldier: Do you pay for these ones(pointing to the remaining meat and a bottle of stout).
Man: Yes.
Soldier. Then, you must finish it.

The soldier raise his gun and order the man to seat down and finish the food.
We thought its a joke, but the soldier is serious accusing the man of wastage and corruption. He drag the man back to his seat, pointing his gun on the man's head.
Watching in amazement, the man stuff his mouth with the meat and drink the stout before he was allowed to go.
