I stumbled on this picture on Iyanya's page and decided to shear it with you guys.
What could be the cause?
Could it be over-feeding?..... LOL!!

Ok.

The topic is misleading for the following reasons:
1) Apparently,there is no food before him
2) the setting looks like the interior of a private jet and not a dinning table as suggested by the OP or MOD
3) the photographer left his own meal and focused on someone else whom might have finished his own meal.
Meanwhile, Vote Wisely for the good of upcoming generations( our kids,grand kids etc)..

This isn't dosing off. As a matter of fact, he's in d spiritual realm wit d gods that normally lives in women's waist..
