in the 60's joining the army especially from hausa and fulani tribes was by recommendation and physical screening. its only ibo and yoruba they'l demand certificates from. why do you think a higher proportion of hausa and fulani men have constituted the army especially after the civil war? are they more educated than the Ibos and Yorubas? i know you will quote quota system for me. that's mere fallacious politics

What is big about providing certificate or even an authentic proof? I don't what to believe on the speculation that he has burnt them following the Bokoharam ideology! Even if so, he can cook any other story and provide an authentic proof that he had one.
Meanwhile, certificate is not even among the reasons he MUST complete his fourth time consecutive failures! There are other obvious reasons.
