The Independent National Electoral Commission
(INEC) yesterday declared that 42,779,339
Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) have been
distributed so far out of the 68million cards
billed to be distributed to eligible voters.
It said that while 26million PVCs are yet to be
collected, the percentage of collected PVCs is
now 62.15 per cent.
Also, the commission declared that 145,000
smart cards have been distributed so far.

It's becoming clearer. Change is on the way. Your card is your voice. Please get it and vote for change. Bayelsa is the lowest while katsina is the among the highest. Does that make meaning to anybody?

what happened to Imo, lagos and ogun? even Oyo is poor.

PVC is the only transport fare we can use to send JONATHAN back to Otuoke.

With the exception of SSand SE state that percentage has reflected the number of people who actually vote.

Yes, you may be right.
Back in 2011, when they saw hell at the hands of Ohakim, they made sure they all got their voters' cards just to take him out.
Now in 2015, even though a large section still wants Rochas out, APGA isn't very strong at the moment, and not too many are willing to deliver Imo state to the hands of the PDP again (on the state level).

I believe this will be the most credible election in our history. Those numbers reflect the actual number of people who are interested in voting, unlike before when the use of temporal voting cards gave the ruling party room to manipulate figures.. Let's see how "90percent" of registered voters will come out and vote GEJ in the east this time around. Good work JEGA and INEC.
