A big fücking YES, you can fücking marry. This mismatch in blood type can be fücking dealt with. It’s a difference in RH factors. Just let your doctor know about it because this is very IMPORTANT; especially during pregnancy. All you fücking need is a shot of Rho – gram.

You can, but make sure your Dr. is aware, to prevent HDN-(hemolytic disease of the newborn) esp by ur second delivery -if ur baby is Rh positive

This is unlike the Sickle Cell anaemia where SS carriers are advised against getting married to AA etc.
Importantly, as a O- carrier, you'd have to take the Rhogram injection (during pregnancy and) after EVERY child birth within 72 hours!!!. This I know, from experience.
