In a sharp responce to the recent approach to court by 4 lawyers on the case of pejury against General Buhari, it seems that the main opposition party APC has already admitted this charge. In his response Director, Media and Publicity of the campaign APC, Mallam Garba Shehu, in Abuja, on Thursday rather said the opposition are planning to postpone the election and silent on the issue raised itself. The question is if Buhari is found guilty of this pejury allegation, should he be disqualify or granted waiver.
