Sorry ooo but guys, pls stop writing application and attending interview. I wasted 3 years doing this before God showed me the way. Even while looking for job, I finished my MSc and still was looking for a job with my MSc thinking it was going to be easy with higher qualification. The story remained the same. My people, my business now gives me what the job I was searching for will never give me coupled with the time I have to venture into other things. I know it us not easy to start cos it WaS not easy for me too while starting. It takes courage and great determination to do. I started my bus with 400k and within a year, the money increased to 2million plus. I have friends who started with less than 100k they brought from NYSC and today,they are doing fine. Pls don't listen to empty promises of these politicians that they will create jobs when voted into power,they are liars. My people, pls let's start something and work hard to see it grow.

My brother,if you demonstrate that passion on anything you venture into, you would have realised three times of the amount your employer will pay you at the end of the month. It is good to work ooo but it is better to start your own buz. One can be working and have other means of income through buz. Enjoy your evening bro

I take it as you dont understand my post . what is passion ? you cannot demonstrate passion on just anything like you said , it has to be something you have got interest in .The type of business you wish to run maybe different from the one another wishes to run hence the need to network , garner experience and capital in anyof the cases maybe . Like I said not everyone works because of pay. Please read through my earlier post and understand.I am not saying business is not it but people have got different interest , taste and limit.

The right answered are (1) what re ur strength and weakness? Ans: success and failure, then give little explainations. (2) what unionism are u into? Means do u belong to any union? Ur ans is YES/NO with little explanation. (3) what other skills do u have? Tell them what more u can do aside from d post u applied for. e.g, like I can drive well,paint well,supervise/coordinate pple very well,good communication skills,good oral and written skill and good listening skills...
NOTE THIS; when u done with an interview with the MD/CEO, try seek for some permission to appreciate the company and the brain behind the establishment,it helps......now u all can see that I actually knw the ans to their questions but perhaps I never expected such questions...but I haven't tho...

On the issue of Unionism, I will advice every job seekers to search about the company history on unionism. Most Lebenese companies don't want to employ unionist. They assume that a unionist will always want to change the crude way of implementing their welfare packages. Its only some Multi national companies from USA and Europe that sees abour union as a means to growing. If you are want to get the job at all means and u have once been a unionist, either trade or student, pls deny it. Tell the interviewer that u were once a leader of other social or capacity group when u were in school. Hope it help.

Your statement would be right if you wrote "a managing director" but abbreviating it would require you use "an". Just as it would be wrong for you to say "a SSS". You can ask your english teacher to confirm.

Going by what most people are typing here, it's very obvious most Nigerian graduates are not employable. These are not rocket science questions. Simple terms u come across everyday. For those of u asking for the right answers, there is no peculiar or specific right answer to the question. U answer within the context of what u r applying for. It's a test of smartness. For the strength and weakness question, u can't give the same answer when being interviewed for a driving job as when interviewed for a managerial work.
