Little advise. It is not a good idea to stop for the day. In punting once you notice downward trend stop,no matter the amount you have won or lost,if you continue the urge to double your profit or make little more or recover what you have lost will hunt you.What you have to do,OFF your computer and move out for exercise, liberate your brain and come back especially weekends where you have more matches. If you miss, Madrid,Man U etc for goals it is not good. GL
