It is the active login device and location that needs to be traced and not the original device used to open the account.

To trace the account when active is no big deal. The CIA has the capabilities but they won't help because they're behind the group.

Well I don't know much about computers....but I do know that some guys are smart enough to use computer programming to hide their real location....even the CIA could not locate them.

And BTW....you people should stop blaming foreigners for every bad thing in Nigeria. Fact is, if our leaders had not been corrupt from time immemorial....and if we had been far serious in ensuring that our leaders were serious instead of clapping for them everytime they spray money on us in the name of stomach infrastructure....there would have been no Boko Haram....and Borno would have been like Dubai or Japan.
