Am not Sodiqyinka but:
You won't have to register again when the portal reopens. You will only re validate and tell dem why u were stopped from going with batch C. The box to explain this will be provided on the NYSC website wen the Portal reopens.

U can still wait for Sodiqyinka to xplain it to u better cos am still a Learner ooooo.

The link for re-validation will be different when the reg commences on 2nd. Not going to be hard. Its already been sorted. You will just input your email ID n password u used back then, it will take you to a page where you will be able to take a look at d details you provided earlier, correct them if necessary n re-validate it. The templates are ready but I haven't seen it yet. May is here before u know it. Cheers
