I guess the lawyers pushing this case actually went to law school to play. They obviously do not understand the terminologies used in the constitution. On the other hand,I think they're actually trying to make enough money from APC so that they can come and buy 015 range rover and porsche cayenne or panamera turbo from me.

While Buhari is going to IMPROVE on his performance of 2011 by getting MORE votes in his strongholds and and making inroads into all the other regions, GEJ on the other hand is going to do LESS WELL in his SS/SE stronghold than he did in 2011, and is also SURELY going to get MUCH LESS votes in the MB, NW and NE.

5. But the greatest undoing of GEJ this time around is his CLEAR LOSS of the SW; only a person of pathetically low intelligence would fail to understand this.

My dear if you are familiar with any SERIOUSLY 'TIGHT-CORNERED' COURT CASE, the court can not clear you just like that. Many people may feel this is an APC Plan, but I smell FeeDeeFee trying to make GEJ a hero days before the election to stimulate votes.

Case won't fly,Jonathan is legally qualified to contest.He only completed a term for which Yar'Adua had already taken the Oath for 2010.
Now,whether he's qualified intellectually and in other ramifications is what Nigerians get to decide February 14

....if the provisions are interpreted without prejudice...Jonathan has no right to contest...whether the first term wasn't his or not, as per d provisions, he can't contest after been sworn in more than twice and he can't use more dan 8 yrs in office.This is a big issue that threatens d validity of the constitution of our country, more attention need to be given to dis issue rather than buhari's certificate brouhaha.Note dat dis same act of ignoring d provisions of d constitution already happened in ekiti state.Dis need to be stopped!

*TRANSPORTATION: Before you start pointing at the railways which is Jonathan's ONLY achievement, ask yourself if that is the same kind of coaches used in this present day world. Brazil, Czech, Venezuela, Mexico and others just resuscitated their rail transport and each country spent FAR LESS than what our government claimed to have spent and with a more modernized end product.

* ECONOMY : Nigeria's economy is SINKING SERIOUSLY. Whether you believe Charles Soludo, Sanusi Lamido, and other economist or not, the truth remains that an economy tsunami is about to take place in the coming months. Over 30% of government workers, banks, oil and gas, Marine, insurance, fund managers, manufacturing will be out of job in the next few months. Ngozi Iweala and others can twist figures and refute the truth as much as they can but the truth is about to unveil itself soon.
