The Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) on Monday offered explaination as to why the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Moham­med Sa’ad Abubakar and Lagos State Governor, Mr Babatunde Raji Fashola, (SAN), were not able to collect their permanent voter’s card (PVC).

The explanation was given by the INEC Deputy Director in charge of Voters Education and Publicity, Nick Dazang, at a one-day workshop for newsmen in Kaduna.

Dazang stated that the commis­sion encountered the problem of loss of data which was caused by some INEC staff.
According to him, “the initial lost of data led to loss of finger prints and that was why the Sul­tan of Sokoto, Governor Fashola of Lagos and others could not get their PVCs. Attitude of some INEC staff led to loss of the data”.
He however declared that de­spite the challenges being faced by INEC, the commission has achieved 65 percent distribution of PVC nationwide and expressed optimism that the percentage of PVC distribution would increased substantially before the election.

Guess some PDP moles in INEC who were commissioned to wipe and ensure crash of DataBase of Voters in Opposition territory did a shoddy job wiping out data of prominent people who made the whole hidden agenda come to fore.

Imagine if the People affected by the so called Data loss where ordinary Nigerians, it would have been swept under the carpet.
