Either u buy for 28 or 30k all the accessories must complete. But some sellers are thieves, they do remove parts of accessories.
Note: Tecno p9 does not come with power bank. Some sellers remove pouch dat follow d pad and give customer power bank dat follow tecno phantom A or A+. So as to deceive customers. So beware if u buy tecno p9 ask for ur pouch immediately.

pls was there memory card in it when u bought urs if yes how many gig cos there's no memory card in mine o.

This is the solution to your phone internal problem. I am also using Tecno p9 for more than a year now without any problem whatsoever. it depends on what you want to share between ur fone and d pc. if its just files just connect it to ur pc and switch on sd card. for apps backup download apps like snapea, mobolobo , etc.
beta still install adb driver.
finaly your fone comes with inbuilt memory which your pc will always see as sd card

I have been using the pad for over 13 months now without any problem. Few days ago, I noticed that anytime I use my earphone, the sound becomes very low. The sound becomes normal immediately the earphone is disconnected. Initially, I thought it was my earphone but I tried 3 other earphones and I got the same result. I tried taking it to the carlcare center in VI but I was told it will take like 7 days which i was not comfortable with because it's my only phone for now. I need help....
