It means that... The AU funds has always been stolen and that most african countries pass through Nigeria to receive their funds... And The estimated lost through transfer has always been wired from Nigeria...that Jonathan should give account of every AU affiliated organizations and bodies that has been illegally receiving funds approved from AU.

So has the government paid salaries for the past 3 months? Isn't benue state owing it's teachers for 8months now, and still counting? That money was stolen. Tomorrow you wld object that patience jonathan didnt launder $13m, and you wld object that diezianni didn't spend N10bn on chartered flight.
