Weapons need constant repair and renewal.. The Nigerian army went to sierra leone and Liberia and restored peace.

Chad has a Population of 10 million and a GDP of $11 billion. It is said they spend 1.6% of GDP on their military the highest figure I have come across is about $300 million ,while Nigeria has been spending more than $2 billion and as much as 4 since the crisis started
