i was at the gtbank and the lady told me that they only accept phcn bills that has address on it. I was shock as i havent heard about that before. Phcn bill does has address written on them what they mess is she saying.

I was there with the regular recharge card bill but she didnt accept that. And also she was talking about other things that my I'd card need to be the same address on the bill. i didnt bother to listen as i was annoyed.

Maybe I will try uba or access bank.

phcn has address on the bill.they usually ask for such.so you will have to provide it if you are using estimated bill.also as for the id, your address should correspond with the bill address.

then i dont need it. The recharge card bill does not have address on it. Neither did my id correspond with my current address.
