Seeking Asylum In The State. by alex406(m): 1:15am On Feb 03, 2015
Having made enquiries on how to survive as a foreigner in the USA, I still have not found answers to my my disturbed questions. If you are living In the state, please I will like you to throw more light to this issue. I have been thinking of migrating from Brazil to the USA either by road which is more like a life risk or trying all possible route to get visa. Now after series of findings, I was made to know that it's easier to get visa if one has a good record of job in Brazil. Now how can one seek for asylum in the USA and also get work permit at the same time so that one can be working while processing the asylum? Is it something feasible to hope to do ?
Residents in the state please throw some explanations .

Thanks

Why the option of Asylum in the first place when you already have a good job in Brazil?

Well had it been you are a citizen of Nigeria, you could easily seek an Asylum with the back-up of the terrorism in Nigeria, they could give you. But I don't know about Brazil

You will NEVER get asylum being a Nigerian.
It is disgusting that you would even try with all the genuine cases in real war torn countries like syria!

Nigerians keep telling the world that they are the "powerhouse of Africa"
That Boko Harum is just a minor police problem.

not very good job, just the managing type and then the language barrier.

a citizen of Nigeria. I'm actually thinking of backing it up with the terrorism going on in Nigeria. I just don't know the possibility of getting positive feedback because USA seems to be extra strict with Nigerians

Did you just say Boko Haram is a minor police problem, I'll be damned if you can repeat that statement.
