DICKSON was embarrassed beyond bound...

When the RAINS came ,instead of using PDP UMBRELLA to shield the PRESIDENT, they used a BLACK UMBRELLA....(they all 4got)..

It took intervention of a SMART POLICE OFFICER to get the PRESIDENT ,a nice PDP umbrella, but then it was already LATE..

PEOPLE with such CASH accrued to them, yet poor organization today..
BAYELSA rally may end up as the WORST...
