Actually, I was trying to state sustaining the attack against a weak Villa side is more likely to keep them from scoring than attempting to protect a slim lead.

The danger with protecting a slim lead against the likes of Villa is that we will not be resolute in either attack or defence. We lose our shape and could end up conceding.
