Its rare to see a presidential or gubernatorial aspirant who emphasizes on technology advance in this country. They are more into fighting corruption and security.
I wonder how they can achieve these without technology advancement. What is your take?

what I mean is wen u rich u will be able to move with d advancement of tech cos u havin d money but wen u poor u won't b able to do so cos u got no money.
