SURE-P is a nice idea but the havent really done much Publicity. Alot of companies, espevially multi-nationals are not aware of this programme. Corp members are no longer been posted to companies and most of the companies ended up absorbing IT students. I served at Nigeria LNG and they take more than 30 corpers every year, likewise Mobil, total etc. The staffs really need to put more effort so enough people cab benefit from it.

u can log unto their website at www.gis.wyesurep.gov.ng to register but make sure u r an ex-corper. The FG planned to end SURE P Dec. 2015 so I don't know if the FG would continue beyond 2015 if GEJ is returned after March 28 election. But still give a try by registering above via the website I gave u above. Goodluck!

The website is wyesurep.gov.ng or go tru Google n type surep to register if u done with your NYSC and pray you re contacted, mind u to be part of this vote GEJ back to office to be part of this limited opportunity. Wish u best of luck

My experience from the Kito'o' hall abeokuta was not pleasant having had to meet with firms that could not access their gis account to accept interns. This I have sent you but nothing happen still.

@ puntersmind, Am really happy that u're back and want to personally appreciate how you've dealt with some of our excesses maturedly.
I just need ur advice on what to do pertaining my situation.
I got matched december 2014 wit Jesil pharmaceutical industry in Minna of which, we, as in the interns all got our december stipends but d trouble started when d GIS website was closed 4 maintenance, which made all our infomation on our profile went back to d initial stage when we were accepted.
The time sheet disappeared, my status changed n my account number also disappeared. I decided to 1st notify my employer which he also told me he was waiting 4 January timesheet. We decided to contact d customer care and on my case, i was told it would be rectified.
Infact to cut d story short, submission of january timesheet has been closed and nothing has been done on our case. Even my employer has been finding it difficult to login wit the link the customer care sent to him.
My issue is how do we now redeem january stipend when collecting februarys' if my case is rectified b4 then?

Can u believe me the it was only yesterday that my profile changed for pending hired to hired through the help of someone who charged us one thousand naira and i can only view the unmarked time sheet of Jan. Can't access other months on my profile. And i have bn working since Nov they hired me
