Hello fam. Partaining to to the every other day hair washing advise, does it apply to new borns too? I mean, how soon can one start the regimen since most mothers/mother-in-laws that bath the baby in the early weeks after birth usually wash the hair. Can one start immediately after birth or wait for some weeks after?

I started from day 1, so as to get optimum results.

Hello mommas. Pls my son had a serious bout of diarrohoe(sp?) And vomitting which got us admitted in d hosp and is getting better now thankfully. Thing is, he's still not eating well and hates ORT. We were given zinc tabs, emtrim syrup and clotoximazole(sp?) Tabs. Is it ok if I give him a syrup that contains blood tonic, zinc and bcomplex for d appetite? And pls how else can I help him replace fluids? P.S he sucks well. P.P.S he's 11mnths old

Faryda sorry about ur son. Pls feed him often like every two or three hours with enuf fluid. He has to take his drugs pls,force him if u av to. Abidec is good for appetite. God bless ur son.

The way out for babies not to suck their tongue while sleeping is to press their check together softly after breastfeeding at early days of their life once notice.

In the sense that baby reserved milk in their check while suckling. This method will stop it.

Also to help babies not to suck their fingers, kindly don't let your child to be so hungry, or always over hungry before feeding.

Kindly pay attention to your baby's eating habit this will helps out.

With God's grace we are more than able to take good care of them.

pls u can use spirit with cotton wool to clean it once awhile, u can also press it with warm water when bathing her. my baby's lobe didnt heal on its own even atfer 3mnths. i notice she was rubbing d ear often until i decided to remove d ear ring,lo n behold there was blood. n always turn d ear ring gently . its no big deal though.

The ear has healed up, d man dat pierced it said just 3days and she is fine now,she plays wit it now and av also turned d earring 2b sure she isn't feelin pain anymore,may b cos he used machine and not d hands

Hi everyone! Pls how long does SMA milk last once it's open.

Please I need your urgent reply mama in d house. My son was born pre term and he is 6 months plus now. The problem is he has been finding it difficult to pass urine which have caused him to experience pain and sleepless night. Although he has been under going medical treatment buy using of antibiotics. His health improved and were discharged from hospital but after like two days d urine problem started again so we went back to the hospital. He cries alot now and another thing is he use to stretch his two hands backward.
Pls people in d house has anyone experience this problems with a child before? And how did you solve it?

Hi peeps,my baby just clicked one year,I carried him to d immunization centre today for his vitamin A supplementation,bt to my greatest surprise,the nurses were telling me ,I didn't come on d appointed date given me,I was telling the nurse dat I came on my babys nine month immunization which I think is measles vaccine given on the arm,I went on the 10th nov 2014,bt I was so suprised when the nurse show me the appointed date I suppose to come,which is on d 27th nov 2014,in my babys health book,its marked dat he collected the measles vaccine at 9month,bt d nurses were telling me he need a measles vaccine,though they never tick the yellow fever vaccine,so now they gave me an appointed date to come for my babys immunization for mealses vaccine and vitamin A supplementation which is 2weeks to dis time,I'm so confused about dis really,bt I was talking to d nurse,I heard her talking about yellow fever vaccine,what I'm afraid of is dat my baby getting vaccinated for measles twice pls can an experienced mother tell me what and what vaccine re given to a 9month old baby,cos I suspect dat its measles vaccine they gave my baby on d 10th,and they telling me to come back on the 27th which I don't go is for the yellow fever vaccine,pls can an experienced mother help me on dis,cos I'm so confused,tanx

9mths is 4 measles n yellow fever. Maybe u were spose 2 return on d 27th 4 d yellow fever vaccine bt u missed DAT. Just explain wen u get deer DAT ur child already took d measles vaccine bt u missed dat of yellow fever. Dey ll give him just 1. Relax.

Do u mean a rocking chair 4u to sit in and rock baby or a rocking chair for ur baby?
If u mean a rocker for baby, u cn buy infant to todler rocker by fisherprice, its ard 12k, and u cn use til ur baby is 2-3yrs. I'm sure u cn gt it frm were dey sell baby tins.
@botylicious, just kip turning d ear-ring so dt it does nt gt stuck on on place, then if her body is hot because of d piercing giv her pcm. She wil b fyn.
