He has just explained what he meant by 'stealing is not corruption'.

People are using corruption to cover stealing, Ole is Ole and should be treated as Ole - President Jonathan.

On stealing is not curroption, Oga Jonathan is pushing the blame on Chief Justice Mustapha as the man he quoted and he was not the first person to say so....SMH..

ICPC is the only body setup to handle corruption issues, EFCC is to handle Economic issues-- GEJ
