A: INEC is already regulating that, but the pressure on political candidates to raise money is quite high. The money PDP raised was for building a secretariat. The billions talked about were just pledges and they have not seen the cash.

But it can't be justified by saying "....mere stealing, they say is corruption " or "how much did Nwobodo stole rhat Buhari jailed him?"
