Jonadunce was asked about the 21 billion Naira donated for his campaign, the guy was just talking nonsense. He said the money was meant to build their secretariat. He said people are just plunging but did they see the cash?

This guy is just naturally dumb!

U did'nt understood his answer........he said "that amount was enough to complete PDP's secretariat they are building but it was for election, but again the money are pledges"
