If you give a contractor money to do some work for you and the money gets robbed or misplaced, who loses? It is the contractor and not you.
The contractor will have to look for another way to raise the money and do your job, that was exactly what happened.

Am also impress by what Mr President concerning corruption. In real sense we have three body that is ICPC independent corrupt practice commission, this body should be allow to act independently and treat corruption in anti-corrupt way. EFCC, economics financial crime commission should be allow to go against those stealing our wealth, they should call them thief OLE. Then the police should be allow to prosecute this ppl without government intervene.
