First, queen of England is not just queen of England but queen of UK. She is just popularly called queen of England because the monarchial chair actually came from England and in the past the territory that the monarchy ruled was not always constant with Scotland and northern Ireland always rebelling. Officially she is not just the queen of England but the queen of the united kingdom of britain.
Second Rooney and Beckham are both from England and also from the UK each individual country in the UK are represented individually under FIFA and in fact FIFA is just about only country that recognizes them individually and not as UK. Get it? London is the capital of England and also the capital of UK.
Next time you can do yourself a favor and at least Google to get you facts right before you quote me.

I finally agreed with you? In what way was I in disagreement with you? I never said England was not a country. I only stated that London is the capital of UK which I still stand by and I also never said London wasn't the capital of England, as a matter of fact, I also agreed to that fact. Again FIFA is just about the only international body that recognizes England as a country. While technically its still a country it is not recognized as such. And this argument was never about which is a country and which is not a country. It was about the fact that some people disagreed with me when I said London is the capital of UK and Wikipedia seems to think am also right in that regard.
