I've never been there o. I hear the city is a fun place to hangout.
I've been driving for less than 5 yrs here. I'm glad I've never been issued a speeding ticket or red-light citation. The red light violation carries a $300 fine in my city

It's mostly the San Diego city and it's downtown area that are expensive. The northern part of San Diego county has a relatively lower cost of living
